Your privacy at Lab 505

Updated 28 September 2026

This notice explains how lab505.co displays Google reviews and how to contact us about the website. Lab 505 operates the café, gift shop and event studio at 93 Sương Nguyệt Ánh, Ho Chi Minh City.

Google reviews

With authorization from the Lab 505 Business Profile owner, our server reads the public average rating, review count and recent written reviews from Google. The site may display a reviewer's public name, photo, star rating, comment and review date. It does not let visitors sign in to Google or grant access to their accounts. Owner authorization credentials stay on the server and are not sent to visitors.

To keep the page fast and limit API traffic, the server caches review data for six hours and may serve its last successful copy for up to seven days if Google is temporarily unavailable. A clearly dated, selected review snapshot may appear when the live feed is unavailable. Links to Google Maps and reviewer photos are served by Google under Google's own privacy practices.

Contact and other Google access

If you contact us by email, Instagram or Zalo, those services handle your message under their own policies. A separate owner-operated backup client exists in the same Google Cloud project; it is not connected to this public website or its review display. For questions about the website, Google review display or that account-owner access, write to Lab505.sg@gmail.com.
